This interactive self-paced module is designed for B1 learners to explore and practice vocabulary related to sleep patterns, energy levels, and daily routines. Through engaging multimedia activities, students will learn and apply phrasal verbs and idiomatic expressions like burn out, doze off, perk up, and take a power nap.

Learners will listen to dialogues, read short texts, and engage in vocabulary practice through drag-and-drop tasks, matching games, and quizzes. They will also produce spoken and written reflections about their own sleep habits and whether they consider themselves early birds or night owls.

By the end of the lesson, students will confidently use new vocabulary to describe sleep and energy habits and reflect on their own routines.
